Brooklyn Grange is the leading rooftop farming and intensive green roofing business in the US. We operate the world’s largest rooftop soil farms - located on two roofs in New York City - and grow over 50,000 lbs of organically-cultivated produce per year. We also operate an apiary, keeping bees in over 30 naturally-managed honey bee hives, on roofs dispersed throughout NYC.

In addition to growing and distributing fresh local vegetables and herbs, Brooklyn Grange also hosts events and educational programming, provides urban farming and green roof consulting and installation services to clients worldwide, and partners with numerous non-profit organizations throughout New York.

Nestled on 80 private acres in the foothills of the Adirondacks, Morningside Camps is located on the wooded edge of Minerva Lake in Minerva, New York. First established in the 1800’s as a family farm and town post office, today, Morningside offers a pristine escape to relax, reconnect and enjoy the simple life.

Though a “cabin” in the Adirondack’s can mean just about anything from a shack to a lavish estate, at Morningside, just enough amenities are provided to make you feel right at home. Each of the 19 carefully crafted cabins has it's own charm, character and unique layout. All have a fireplace, full kitchen, private porch with lake views, and access to rowboats and canoes.
